AEP Designation Process in nuts and bolts:

The only graduate level, multi-disciplinary credential in estate planning, the Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) designation is awarded to professionals who meet requirements of education, experience, knowledge, and professional reputation and holding the AEP® designation helps clients and colleagues understand the designee’s commitment to the collaborative approach to estate planning. Applicants must meet stringent qualifications and commit to ongoing recertification requirements.

There are two pathways to earn the designation: one is by self-nomination for which an application can be downloaded from the NAEPC website, and the other is by council nomination. Please join us on Thursday, November 7^th where we devote a portion of the meeting to learning more about the “nuts and bolts” of the AEP® designation program and hear from fellow council member designees who will share why they sought the designation and what it means to them.

All "AEP" designees are encouraged to attend this special event to share your experience and collaboration with "AEP" designation.

Our Speaker, Jack Mardoian will share his viewpoints with his expertise in the topic "Getting Ready for Sunset:  Estate Taxation and Planning in an Uncertain Environment".

The meeting cost is complimentary for currently paid members or $25-$40 for guests.  All attendees must register in advance; walk-in reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis only.  If registered but do not attend consistently, you will be charged the Venue cost immediately after the meeting.
