The Honorable Judge Elizabeth M. Rochford is the current presiding judge for the probate division of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit in Lake County, IL. Prior to being appointed to the bench in 2012, Judge Rochford was in private practice concentrating in Estate Planning and Real Estate.
Judge Rochford received her J.D. from Loyola University School of Law in 1986 and her B.A. from Loyola University of Chicago in 1982.
Judge Rochford will provide a presentation updating on current procedures in the probate division and observations from the bench.
